- If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase from GREAT DOG CO., please contact us within 30 days of package delivery. GREAT DOG CO. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and would like an opportunity to resolve any problems you may experience.
- GREAT DOG CO. does not refund or offer exchanges for items that become damaged after delivery, or for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
- GREAT DOG CO. does not issue refunds for any opened product unless the product is determined to be defective.
- Refunds are issued after we have received and inspected your returned item.
- Buyers are responsible for paying all return shipping charges except in the case of a defective item and/or receipt of the incorrect item.
- For items purchased with free shipping we will deduct our original shipping costs from your refunded amount.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be made. For example, when an item is not in its original condition, has been damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- We will replace any items deemed defective or damaged.

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon code will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be informed of your return.

- You will be responsible for paying for any associated return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days from the time your return was processed.
